Is this the same as Google Ads?
No. This is organic Google Business Profile management, so there is no ad spend. We look after your free profile on Google Search and Google Maps with posts, photos, reviews and accurate information.
Do you work with plumbers and heat pump installers, or just gas engineers?

Do I need a Google Business Profile already?

Do I need to supply job photos, and how do I send them?
Just take photos on your phone when you finish a job and send them to us on WhatsApp or by email. We'll choose the best ones, write the post and publish it for you.
Can customers contact me through WhatsApp?
Where your profile supports it, we can add WhatsApp as an extra contact option alongside your phone number and website.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do. It stays in your Google account. We're added as a manager, and you can remove our access at any time.
What is included in the €150 setup fee?
The one-time €150 + VAT setup fee covers a full review and clean-up of your Google Business Profile: categories, services, service areas, opening hours, description and photos. We also set up your booking and WhatsApp links where supported, create a review link for your customers and take a starting snapshot so you can track progress each month. If you don't have a profile yet, we'll guide you through creating and verifying it in your own Google account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is a minimum three-month commitment. You can cancel at any time, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term or your current paid billing period, whichever is later. After the first three months, the subscription continues month to month until you cancel. Payments are taken monthly in advance by card.
